Wyoming Auto Insurance Coverage Requirements
Wyoming is a “tort state” which means drivers are required to pay for the damages they cause to a third party whether it be bodily injury and/or property damage. As such drivers who purchase auto insurance to prove their financial responsibility need to make sure they have the minimum coverage amount. The coverage required as well as their amount is:
*Bodily injury per person is $25,000
*Bodily injury per accident is $50,000
*Property damage liability is $20,000
